<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the stagnant utilization and employment of personnel by proposing a new business category of manpower dispatching and introduction which adopts the concept of business-to-business transactions. <P>SOLUTION: This server device in this integrated support system for manpower dispatching and introduction service displays a screen for personnel registration on a display part of a providing side terminal operated by a personnel providing side company and stores personnel information provided from the personnel providing side company as a database into a storing part. The server device displays a screen for personnel search on a display part of a demanding side terminal operated by a personnel demanding side company, searches personnel information on the basis of an input desired job offering condition and displays the results on the display part of demanding side terminal. Further, the server device displays a screen for transaction of personnel belonging to the personnel providing side company, the personnel being desired to acquire by the personnel demanding side company, on the display part of the providing side terminal and/or demanding side terminal and transmits information input through the screen for transaction to the terminal of the opposite party. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
