<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support so as to timely provide merchandise information to a consumer through suitable media properly according to the tastes or needs of a consumer. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 11 generates an AP×RP matrix with which the types of merchandise information provision media are associated in each of the stages of a purchase process as for a consumer model obtained by clustering consumers based on factors expressing their characteristics from intention information with which the types of the provision media of the merchandise information intended by the merchandise provider are associated in each of the stages of a purchase process and expectation information with which the types of the provision media of the merchandise information expected by the merchandise consumer are associated in each of the stages of the purchase processes, and an output part 14 displays those AP×RP matrixes in an overlapped manner.
