<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounter which can mount an appropriate component rapidly on various kinds of substrates of a minimum lot size. <P>SOLUTION: On the substrate 25a, a 2D code 54a is printed which comprises substrate information including a serial number and component specification information 55 wherein a reference number of a circuit on the substrate and specification data of a component to be mounted on the circuit are recorded in correspondence with each other. The component mounter 1 has a database in a recording device 38. The database includes versatile substrate data 56 by the component specification information 55 and feeder arrangement table data 57 versatile among all the substrates. The component mounter 1 reads out the substrate data 56 and the feeder arrangement table data 57 from the database based on the substrate information of the 2D code 54a, and automatically creates manufacturing instruction data (NC program (component mounting program)) 58 based on the substrate data 56, feeder arrangement table data 57, and component specification information 55, and then executes a component mounting processing based on the manufacturing instruction data 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
