<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more rapidly and easily measure a lesion length for determining an appropriate stent length concerning a branch stenosed lesion or blocked lesion in a body, especially, in a peripheral blood vessel and a bifurcation stenosis lesion inside the diameter of coronary artery blood vessel, as compared with the conventional art. <P>SOLUTION: This catheter is equipped with a first lumen and a second lumen so as to insert a wire to the blocked lesion part. The second lumen has a first radiopaque marker part for specifying the position of distal end of the blocked lesion part, and a second radiopaque marker part for specifying the position of proximal end of the blocked lesion part. The first lumen has a third radiopaque marker part for specifying the position of a collateral opening section in order to determine a distance from the distal end of the blocked lesion part to be specified by the first radiopaque marker to the collateral opening section of the blocked lesion part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
