PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by executing an opening operation of an electric valve with a return spring, while executing a closing operation of the electric valve with a motor. SOLUTION: A cooling device actuator is composed of an output shaft (6) connected to the electric valve (7), a clutch (3) connected to the output shaft (6), and the return spring (8) provided to a connection shaft (4) for connecting the clutch (3) with the output shaft (6).
