PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device capable of charging a power accumulator from an AC power source with a minimum circuit change according to the configuration of an existing vehicle circuit, and by rarely changing the circuit configuration of a current vehicle. SOLUTION: The circuit device of a vehicle comprises: a current/voltage control section 2A for controlling a current and a voltage; a motor 5 driven by an output from the current/voltage control section 2A; a power accumulator 1 for supplying power when driving the motor 5; and a charge contactor 3A for supplying power to the power accumulator 1. The current/voltage control section 2A acts as a PWM inverter for converting a DC to an AC, when supplying power from the power accumulator 1 to the motor 5, and acts as a PWM converter, when supplying power from the charge contactor 3A to the power accumulator 1.
