PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional DC-DC converter for eliminating a necessity of a plurality of insulated power supplies, simplifying a control circuit, employing a small-capacity auxiliary inductor, reducing a dimension/weight, and increasing a capacity without turning on/off a power supply current. SOLUTION: The unidirectional DC-DC converter is provided with a main IGBT 101 for turning on/off a current flowing to a first inductor 108a, a diode 107 for discharging energy stored in the main inductor 108a to an output, and an auxiliary IGBT 104 utilizing energy stored in the auxiliary inductor 108b magnetically coupled to the main inductor 108a and flowing a current to an antiparallel diode 102. The current flows to the antiparallel diode 102 for a short period (t0-t2) including timing when the main IGBT 101 is turned on, and a ZVZCS is achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
