<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, effective and disposable unit. <P>SOLUTION: The disposable unit 1 for treating an article 2 has a soft material-made thin receptacle 3 holding the article and a processing unit 6 moving the article to the inside of the receptacle. The downward part 4 of the receptacle is reinforced by a dimensionally stable material-made support 5, and the support has a smooth surface 9, supports the whole downward part of the receptacle to prevent the occurrence of a fold in the downward part of the receptacle or other abnormality and damage of a uniform process effect. The inside 10 of the support has a substantially tea cup-like shape without a corner, and donates an optimum shape and an optimum process effect as the result to the downward part of the receptacle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
