PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interruption of receiving voice due to roaming because of moving of a user or the like during a call by portable information terminals. SOLUTION: Each of the portable information terminals (100A/100B) is provided with a means (6) for storing voice data received by wireless communication in a buffer memory (7), a means (10) for detecting the time point before the time point of switching between wireless base stations by a predetermined period according to the receiving strength of radio waves and means (8 and 11) for overlapping and reproducing the voice data in the buffer memory from the time point of detection. Since the voice data is reproduced with overlapping, the amount of data read out from the buffer memory is restrained and more data is left in the buffer memory.
