PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power terminator that has a wide usable band, is high in water-pressure resistance, and uses an aqueous medium. SOLUTION: The power terminator is composed by having a rectangular waveguide 1 connected to a power supply system of high-frequency power, a circular waveguide 2 whose conduit part is filled with the aqueous medium for power absorption, and a water jacket 3 filled with the aqueous medium and interposed between the waveguides 1, 2 so as to execute electromagnetic-field coupling between the waveguides each other.
