PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior-wall seal structure, capable of enhancing sealing function of a horizontal joint with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Between an upper end of an exterior-wall panel 14 of a first floor and a lower end of an exterior-wall panel 18 of a second floor, a waterproofed hardware 42 of an substantially Z-shape in side view composed of a metal sheet is disposed. The waterproofed hardware 42 is composed of one component. A secondary seal member 52 for a horizontal joint is interposed between an intermediate part 42B of the waterproofed hardware 42 and an exterior-wall frame 38 of the second floor, and furthermore a primary seal member 54 for the horizontal joint is arranged adjacently to the waterproofed hardware 42 and the secondary seal member 52 for the horizontal joint.
