PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab-mount control device, a cab-mount control method, and a construction machine capable of surely absorbing steady vibration and surely restraining the shaking of a cab. SOLUTION: This cab-mount control device 50 for a variable damping cab mount 30 supporting a cab of a construction machine comprises a cab-state change detection means 51 for detecting a state change of a cab, a steady component separation means 59 separating steady components with a high frequency contained in results detected by the state change detection means 51, and a damping force calculation means 57 calculating a damping force generated by a cab mount based on the detection results with the steady components separated.
