PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing a papermoney from becoming non-carriable by being clogged in the middle of a papermoney carrying passage, when carrying the papermoney in a bundle, by preventing a stacking jam, when carrying and stacking the papermoney one by one. SOLUTION: This papermoney dispenser 1 has an upper carrier belt 7, a lower carrier belt 11 and a papermoney repaying part 2, and has a lever 15 pressing down the central vicinity of its papermoney, when carrying the papermoney one by one by the upper carrier belt 7 and the lower carrier belt 11, and is characterized by retreating the lever 15 to a position of not contacting with the bundle of the papermoney, when carrying the papermoney in a bundle state by the upper carrier belt 7 and the lower carrier belt 11.
