PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a panel for information display in which adhesive layers having excellent uniformity can be formed on top surfaces of partitions by using a manufacturing line minimizing the space needed for an adhesive layer forming stage. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the panel for information display which has a plurality of cells sectioned by the partitions between a substrate 1 and a substrate 2 at least one of which is transparent, also has display a medium charged in the cells, and moves the display medium by applying an electric field to the display medium to display information of an image etc., an adhesive layer forming roll 13 disposed having its axis of rotation in parallel to a conveying direction of the substrate 1 where the partitions are formed is driven to rotate while moved at right angles to the conveying direction to form the adhesive layers on the top surfaces of the partitions through the adhesive layer forming roll 13.
