PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which reduces variations in strike positions of ink droplets ejected from ejection openings by narrowing an interval of the recording head and a recording medium in an inkjet recorder, and enables high image quality printing, and to provide the inkjet recorder. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording head comprises a heater board 101 where a plurality of heating resistors 108 that generate a thermal energy for ejecting the ink are formed, and an insulating member 110 formed of the same material as that of an orifice plate 105 at an edge of the heater board in ILB (inner lead bonding) of a TAB film.
