The endoprosthesis has a prosthesis arrangement (2) arranged on a tibia plateau (1), where the prosthesis arrangement has a medial component (3) and a lateral component (4). The medial and the lateral components are coupled by a connecting unit via a plug connection, where the connecting unit is designed as a bar and arranged in a dorsal manner with respect to a front cross band (5). The medial and the lateral components are designed integrally with the connecting unit.
