An organic light emitting display device is provided to form a black matrix on a light blocking portion on a substrate in order to prevent an external beam from reflected to the outside of an aperture. A black matrix(110) is arranged on a substrate and formed of an opaque insulation material. A buffer layer(150) is arranged on the black matrix. A semiconductor layer(250) is formed on the buffer layer corresponding to the black matrix. A gate insulation film(300) is formed on the semiconductor layer. A gate electrode is formed on a gate insulation film. An interlayer dielectric(400) is formed on the gate electrode. A first contact hole exposes the source/drain regions. A planarization film(500) is arranged between the source/drain electrodes and includes a first via-hole, which is connected to the source/drain regions(410,430). Color filters(530a,530b,530c) are formed on the planarization film. A first electrode(560) is connected to the source or drain electrode. An organic film is formed on the first electrode and at least includes an organic light emitting layer. A second electrode(660) is formed on the organic film.
