<p>An emulation test device includes a communication module and a test module. An emulation test method includes that the test device obtains the information of the test to be performed according to the test command received, and obtains the port type of DSLAM to be tested or the information of MODEM to be tested according to the information of the test to be performed; then the test device informs the grab wire device to connect the line to be tested with the test device, the xTU-C and xTU-R emulation test is performed according to the information of the test to be performed and the port type of DSLAM to be tested or the information of MODEM to be tested and the test result is reported, thereby not only the xTU-C emulation test but also the xTU-R emulation test for the subscriber end MODEM can be performed at the same site.</p> |
