A method for obtaining an electrical load from the primary and the secondary transformer windings includes using transformer with a magnetic conductorthat has the primary and the secondary windings. The primary winding is connected to an electric control device (ECD) and to a power supply. The electric control device (ECD) is made as a commutator. The second winding terminals are connected to circuit of the electrical load. After switching on a current source of ECD, it is delivered DC (direct current) pulse to the primary winding until the maximum will be reached, accumulated energy in the inductance, then, interrupted DC pulse in the primary winding and used the accumulated energy in inductance. Between the primary winding terminals and ECD with the power supply an oscillatory circuit is connected. Current pulse to the primary winding is delivered through the first electronic key of ECD and condenser of the oscillatory circuit. At the same time with accumulation of magnet energy in inductance it is accumulated an electrical charge in condenser and at one time an opposite direction current pulse in the second winding is induced. Then, DC pulse in the primary winding is interrupted by means of the first electronic key and closed the oscillation circuit by means of the second electronic key then, used the accumulated charge changing current direction in both windings with forming in windings alternating current of given frequency in pause between current pulses. At the same time, the oscillatory circuit serves as a load circuit of the primary winding.
