发明名称 METHOD OF NONCONTACT MEASUREMENT OF RESISTANCE BY EDDY-CURRENT SENSORS AND A DEVICE FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE METHOD
摘要 The proposed method of noncontact measurement of the resistance between a metallic strip electrode and the electrode coating by eddy-current sensors and a device for the realization of the method can be used in production of chemical power-supply sources and industrial capacitors. The proposed method consists in arranging the eddy-current sensors over the surface of the strip electrode so that the working surface of each sensor is parallel to thesurface of the coating, measuring the relative insertion active resistance of the first sensor at the frequency that corresponds to the minimal value of the characteristic that defines the dependence of insertion resistance on frequency, measuring the relative insertion active resistance of the second sensor at the frequency that corresponds to the 10 % of the maximal value of the aforesaid characteristic, isolating the component of the insertion active resistance of the second sensor that is induced by eddy currents in the coating layer, and correcting the measurement results obtained for the first sensor with consideration for the aforesaid isolated component of the insertion active resistance of the second sensor. The measurements of the insertion active resistance of the first and the second sensors are accomplished alternately, synchronous with the movement of the electrode strip. The proposed method is distinctive by its enhanced accuracy and measurement reliability in the process of continuous production of strip electrodes.
