The invention relates to crane building, namely to the telescopic jibs. A multisectional telescopic jib contains a mutually sealed barrel and pistons of telescopic multisectional hydraulic cylinder, a tension drum installed on the basis of barrel and connected by rope with the barrel of the last section. In accordance with the invention, the end of each intermediate barrel is connected by appropriate cross members with front end of rigid rod corresponding to it. The rear end of each rod with another pair of cross members is connected with the rear end of the box structure of corresponding length, which covers all around the barrel and rod. In this case adjacent box structures are made with cross section decreasing from the basis of jib, and rods - with increasing from the basis of jib distance between the sides of each of the rods. The end of the rope of tension drum is connected to the load-bearing box structure of jib. The invention ensures increase of reliability of multisectional telescopic jib.
