METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SIMPLEST EXPLOSIVE WITH A HIGH DENSITY

A method for producing the simplest explosive with a high density consists in producing at first solid phase of mixture by mixing granulated ammonium nitrate with non-explosive fuel at a prescribed amount. The non-explosive fuel consists of solution of solid hydrocarbon in the solid one. The solid state of solution is provided at the temperature of storage of solid phase at a ratio of components providing zero oxygen balance in the explosive mixture after mixing liquid and solid phases. Mixing liquid and solid phases is carried out by proportioning filling of liquid phase into the intergranular space of solid phase till a complete fill-up under the action of gravitation forces of liquid phase before filling wells to the hydraulically isolating sleeve. The technical result consists in simplifying the process for making the simplest explosive mixture with high density and in simplification of the process of filling wells with it.
