<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating animal fur, and/or a method for treating body odor of animals: and to provide sesamin-containing food and beverage for animals usable for the methods. <P>SOLUTION: The food and drink for non-human animals contains ≥1 wt.% of sesamin and additive permissible as animal food and beverage. A method for treating fur and/or a method for treating body comprises administering the food and beverage for non-human animals at an amount effective for treating animal fur and/or treating body odor of animals to the non-human animals.
