METHOD FOR CALCULATING MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLAN FOR DEMAND INCLUDING A PLURALITY OF DEMAND DATES AND PRIORITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem about a formation method of a material requirement plan when priority associated with needs varies as a function showing when the needs are satisfied.

SOLUTION: By the disclosed method, a date on which products must be stocked is calculated as to all the components in a supply chain required for satisfying an outlet demand associated with a plurality of time limits and the priority. All the planned product stocks are thus associated with a plurality of stock dates and the relationship priority similarly to all the planned manufacturing starts and all the shipments.
