<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and high-performance fluid machine capable of preventing the leakage of moving spaces by disposing a pair of members defining the moving spaces so that they do not contact each other and by providing a leakage prevention mechanism of electrostatic flocking consisting of short fibers. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is the fluid machine constituted so as to close moving spaces communicating with an intake opening by the at least one pair of members, move them to a discharge opening and discharge fluid sucked from the intake opening from the discharge opening, wherein the members are arranged so as to form a specific clearance at a part where they are closest to each other; and the leakage prevention mechanism consisting of the short fibers is provided on at least one side surface of the members closing the moving spaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
