<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably reduce machining cost of an inner shaft and to secure concentricity of the inner periphery and outer periphery of an inner hole to high accuracy by carrying out broaching of internal teeth of a spline, inner serration, or the like on one side structurally in an inner shaft constituting a driving force transmission device. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the driving force transmission device, a hollow shaft 23 having a through hole at its axis is adopted as the inner shaft, and the inner spline 23c to which the tip of a driving shaft or a driven shaft is fitted is formed at the inner peripheral surface of one end portion of the through hole by broaching. A cut-of member 24 is then fitted to an intermediate part of the through hole, and a one-end side divided hole and an other-end side divided hole formed by the cut-off member are separated in a liquid-tight manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
