<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing an edible container having high yield, suitable for mass production and applicable to various kinds of food. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an edible container 12 comprises the following process: (A) a preheating process of preheating a molding frame 20 having a recessed part 21; (B) a filling process of filling the recessed part 21 with base material liquid 10; (C) a first heating process of solidifying the base material liquid 10 starting from a portion contact to the recessed part 21; (D) a suction process of sucking the unsolidified base material liquid at the center side of the recessed part; (E) a second heating process of solidifying container-shaped material 11; and (F) a base material taking-out process of taking the container-shaped base material 11 out of the molding frame 20 using an air picker 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
