PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a weighting process to be easily performed without holding a complicated weight pattern to each data which are acquired in a three-dimensional space. SOLUTION: A weight computing element 54 calculates a weight coefficientαfrom a function (ellipsoid function) representing a three-dimensional shape being defined in a three-dimensional space. The determined weight coefficientαis multiplied by target data d, and thus, data d' after weighting are acquired. The central coordinates and a radius on each axis in the ellipsoid function are designated by a user.
