PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable, wireless power controller which comprises a special function for controlling and programming the states and power levels of one or more electric devices. SOLUTION: This system comprises a remote transmitter which can be activated by the user and a power controller which can be activated by the user to receive a control signal from this remote transmitter. The remote transmitter and power controller have a power selection actuator 12 for selecting a desired power level between the minimum and maximum power levels and a control switch for generating a control signal representing a programmed power level and a special function in one or more power scenes. In response to a user input, this system directly or remotely controls one or more electric devices in one or more power scenes to be on or off for a desirable programmed preset or the maximum power level.
