PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of phosphorus(III) compounds such as phosphite and trialkylphosphine acting as an extremely strong suppressing agent in general, comprising absolutely no generation of crosslinking process and hydrogen generation process caused by strong suppression of platinum or absolutely free from crosslinking tendency to keep the sticky state. SOLUTION: The invention provides a compound crosslinkable by the addition of an Si-bonded hydrogen atom to a multiple bond of an aliphatic compound and containing one or more compounds expressed by formula R3P(O)(OH)2(III) (R3is substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group which may be interrupted with hetero-atoms) and/or its derivative.
