PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a module which is not provided with any skip function perform the skip of an image in a pipe line. SOLUTION: When a module program B which is not provided with any skip function is executed, a processing module B equipped with an image processing function is attained. Also, a skip function providing module D equipped with a skip function attained by a skip program, and equipped with a control part B10 for controlling an input buffer B1 and an output buffer B2 is attained, and a processing module B is included in the skip function providing module D. The processing module B is included in the skip function providing module D so that it is possible to skip a portion of image data processed in the case of performing image processing in the same way as the other processing module having the skip function.
