PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain gloss feel evaluation value high in the correlation with subjective gloss feel further than conventional approach. SOLUTION: The variable reflection distribution measurement part 212 acquires variable reflection distribution performance, based on the direction of specular reflection of the surface of a body and the direction of reflection light from the vicinity of the specular reflection. Based on the distribution performance of the variable reflection light obtained by the distribution performance measurement part 212 of the variable angle reflection, the evaluation parameter extraction part 213 extracts the evaluation parameter. The gloss feel evaluation operation part 224 calculates the gloss feel evaluation value, based on the evaluation parameter extracted by the evaluation parameter extraction part 213.
