PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily inspect a welded part of a molding with a film, in which the film is welded to the head of an aperture part of a tube section. SOLUTION: When inspecting the weld part 7 of the molding 6 with the film, in which the film is welded to the head 4 of the aperture 3 of the tube section 2, a first electrode 11 is set inside the tube section 2, and a second electrode 12 is set around the weld part 7. Then, a voltage is applied across the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12, and the existence of defects is determined, based on a current value and/or a voltage drop value.
