PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the parallelism of a contactor region with respect to a wiring board. SOLUTION: The electrical connection device has a support substrate having a through-hole in its center, a plate-like member attached on the upper surface of the support substrate to block the through hole; a ring-like member arranged on the downside of the plate-like member so that at least a part is positioned in the through-hole of the support substrate; a plurality of attaching screws that penetrate the plate-like member in the thickness direction and are screwed with the ring-like member; a block that has at least an attaching surface, lying on its downside and is attached to the downside of the ring-like member so that at least the attaching surface projects under the support substrate; a flexible circuit board that has a contactor region having a plurality of contactors and an outer region around the contactor region, and is attached to the lower surface of the support substrate in part of the outer region so that at least the contactor region faces the attaching surface of the block; and a plurality adjusting screws that are screwed with the plate-like member and penetrate the plate-like member in the thickness direction and abut against the ring-like member.
