PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting delamination in a bonded part capable of observing vibration of a peak position of a spectrum easily at various temperatures, and inspecting accurately the delamination in the bonded part. SOLUTION: In the method, an excitation means 36 for imparting vibration to a bonding member 30 is provided, and a part of a sensor part of an optical fiber sensor 35 is buried inside an adhesive 32 for bonding the member, and, while vibrating the member by the excitation means, the delamination in the bonded part is detected based on an optical characteristic of the optical fiber sensor when light from a light source is allowed to enter the optical fiber sensor. The method has a step for estimating a measuring temperature based on a feature of the optical characteristic from the sensor part outside the adhesive, a step for determining a measuring range for measuring the optical characteristic from the optical fiber sensor based on the estimated measuring temperature, a step for vibrating the member by the excitation means, and a step for measuring a change of the optical characteristic from the optical fiber sensor in the determined measuring range, when vibrating the member.
