PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve highly-accurate diagnosis of corrosion in an underground buried steel structure. SOLUTION: The device for diagnosing corrosion in the underground buried steel structure made of steel whose outer surface is coated with a prescribed material and buried underground, has an impedance measuring means for measuring an electrochemical impedance between the underground buried steel structure and a grounding electrode connected to the underground buried steel structure, an electric corrosive environment measuring means for measuring an electric corrosive environment in the periphery of a spot where the underground buried steel structure is buried, and a determination means for determining the corrosion state of the underground buried steel structure based on results acquired by the impedance measuring means and the electric corrosive environment measuring means.
