PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler with a defroster improving defrosting efficiency by efficiently supplying heat of a glass tube heater to the cooler. SOLUTION: A cooling fin 23 is provided with a first cutout 26 and a second cutout 33, which is formed above the first cutout 26 and provided with horizontal width longer than that of the first cutout 26. The glass tube heater 24 is inserted into the first cutout 26, while a bent part 31 of the first cutout 26 is brought into contact with a glass tube 27. A reflection plate 25 is inserted into the second cutout 33, while the circumference edge of the second cutout 33 is brought into contact with the reflection plate 25. In this way, the cooler can be defrosted by using the reflection plate 25 for defrosting toward the upper face of the glass tube heater 24 and using heat transmission to the cooling fin 23 for defrosting toward the side face, and consequently, defrosting efficiency can be improved.
