PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution of a problem in which the temperature of hot water in a bath gradually rises and becomes hotter than a setting temperature if a reheat request is repeated many times by a mischief of a child or erroneous operation. SOLUTION: When the temperature of the hot water is detected reaching a predetermined temperature by a reheating thermistor 10, an reheating operation is stopped and a reheating inhibition timer mounted in a control means 5 is started at the time. The control means 5 determines a period for 15 minutes from start of the reheating inhibition timer as an acceptance inhibition time band and does not accept a reheating instruction by an operation means 6 in the acceptance inhibition time band.
