PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for simultaneously supplying ozone, moisture and negative ions to the internal combustion engine of an automobile and for stably, continually supplying the large amounts of ozone and negative ions. SOLUTION: An automobile engine room incorporates an electrical discharge type device for generating highly-concentrated ozone, a humidity-controllable humidifying device and an electrical discharge type high-density negative ion-generating device. The system includes making a gas mixture by mixing introduced outside air contacting the discharge part of the ozone generating device, the highly-concentrated ozone and the moisture which is generated by the humidifying device and is humidity-controlled, bringing the gas mixture into contact with the discharge part which is inserted into an intake pipe connected to an electric power unit for generating the negative ion, and supplying the gas mixture and highly-concentrated negative ions to the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine in the automobile.
