PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for cylinder-injection spark-ignition internal combustion engine device for preventing a deterioration in combustion to be caused by adhesion of fuel to a piston accompanying with a performance deterioration of a fuel injector. SOLUTION: The control device includes different types of sensors 2, 4-7, 15, and 16, each of which detects an operating condition of the internal combustion engine, a target injection amount calculating means for calculating a target injection amount from the operating condition, a fuel injection pressure control means for controlling a fuel injection pressure into a combustion chamber, an injection timing control means S3, and a combustion condition detecting means S4 for detecting a deterioration in combustion of the internal combustion engine. The injection timing control means S3 includes a fuel pressure compensating means S5. The fuel pressure compensating means S5 compensates the fuel injection pressure when the deterioration in combustion is detected by the combustion condition detecting means S4.
