PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purge device capable of smoothly purging a fuel vapor gas irrespective of whether supercharging is present or not while suppressing the deterioration of mountability and the rise of cost. SOLUTION: A first purge valve is installed in a first purge line 19 for connecting a canister 13 to an intake pipe 2 on the downstream side of a throttle valve 3. A second purge valve is installed in a second purge line 21 for connecting the canister 13 to the intake pipe 2 on the upstream side of a supercharger 4. A purge pump 17 is connected to an atmosphere line 15 for introducing the atmosphere into the canister 13. When the purge pump 17 is driven, the atmosphere is sent into the canister 13, and the fuel vapor gas formed by mixing the atmosphere with the fuel vapor is forcibly produced and purged from one of the first purge line 19 and the second purge line 21.
