PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound effective for smoothing or removing wrinkles, particularly expression wrinkles, and a cosmetic or dermatological composition containing the compound. SOLUTION: The compound is a 4-aminopiperidine derivative of the formula (I), wherein -Alk1 and Alk2 are each independently a liner saturated 1-10C alkylene group or the like; -Ar1 is a phenyl group optionally substituted with -F, -CF<SB>3</SB>or the like; -Ar2 is a phenyl group optionally substituted with -F, -CF<SB>3</SB>or the like; and -R is a hydrogen atom, a 3-10C alkyl group or the like.
