PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core cutter capable of accurately and easily locating a blade to a drum in manufacturing a core cutter using an automatic manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: This core cutter A includes: a plurality of recessed parts 1B formed at spaces to plant the base 2B of the blade part 2 at the tip of the cylindrical drum 1; the blade body 2 planted in the recessed parts 1B; and a discharge groove 4 formed adjacent to the recessed parts 1B in front in the rotating direction R of the recessed parts 1B, wherein the leading end in the rotating direction R of the recessed parts 1B is opened to face on the discharge groove 4, the discharge groove 4 has a first positioning wall surface 10 extended in the circumferential direction to abut on the inner peripheral surface 2p of the blade body 2, the base end of the recessed part 1B has a second positioning wall surface 20 to which the base end of the blade body is abutted, and the rear region in the rotating direction of the recessed parts 1B is provided with a third locating wall surface 30 formed so that the rear end in the rotating direction R of the blade body part 2 abuts on the wall surface.
