PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dismantling method of asbestos-containing building materials effectively and continuously preventing scattering of asbestos-containing dust, allowing charge into a crusher, and effectively preventing scattering of asbestos-containing dust when crushing. SOLUTION: This dismantling method of asbestos-containing building materials comprises a spraying process of spraying an inorganic material liquid having a thixotropic property to asbestos-containing building materials of dismantling portions; an exfoliating process of exfoliating the asbestos-containing building materials sprayed with the inorganic material liquid having the thixotropic property; a carrying process of carrying the exfoliated asbestos-containing building materials containing them in a sealed container; and a crushing process of wet-crushing the carried asbestos-containing building materials together with the inorganic material liquid having the thixotropic property.
