The invention relates to a method for production of a biocompatible structure, in particular, for production of an implant, comprising the following method steps: preparation of a metering nozzle, comprising at least two separate chambers, a first chamber being filled with a biocompatible matrix material and at least open second chamber being filled with at least one biocompatible and/or bioactive coating material and a tube at least partly integrated in the metering nozzle, a first end section of the tube being coupled to the first chamber to form a first strand of the matrix material and a second end section of the tube is coupled to an outlet opening of the metering nozzle, the second chamber at least partly enclosing a side wall of the tube which has at least one opening for coating the first strand of the matrix material with at least one coating material and production of a second strand by means of the metering nozzle made of the matrix material coated with the coating material and production of the structure from the second strand based on given data which may be stored in a databank.
