摘要 The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in systems for automated control of output parameters of pump units of systems of municipal and industrial water supply, water discharge units, pump stations of chemical area. A method for minimal in electric power supply control of productivity of pump station is in determination of power consumed by pump units for provision of required range of control of productivity at use of different methods of control of technological parameters: throttling with gate placed in pressure collector of pump station, active control with use of frequency transformers, active control with guide apparatus at inlet of hydro-turbine, combined control with use of methods of active and throttle control and choose of control mode corresponding to smaller power consumption. At short-time abrupt change of flow rate and not deep productivity control one uses previous control method. After switch to electrically favorable variant of control one calculates needed value of controlled parameters: resistance of throttle gate on pressure collector of pump station, frequency of rotation of shaft of hydro-turbine, level of opening of guide apparatus of turbine or resistance of controlled throttle at outlet of turbine, this makes possible to achieve correspondence of productivity at outlet of pump station to required value of flow rate in consumer's network. An appliance that realizes the method proposed additionally comprises second indicator of flow rate at outlet of pump station, timer, blocks for setting parameters of pump station, systems for active control of hydro-networks, parameters of water consumption curve, economic parameters, blocks of power model of pump station at control of parameters by throttling, active control of productivity by change of frequency of rotation of turbine, level of opening of guide apparatus at combined control of parameters. The method makes it possible to increase power effectiveness and economy of operation of pump equipment due to economy of electric energy (up to 30-40%), decrease cost expenses for repair of equipment.
