摘要 The invention relates to the field of drawing production and can be used mainly for nonslip drawing and with accumulation of round long components (wire, pipes) on the intermediate blocks, magazine type drawing mills. A drawing method of round long components includes the conveyer-line twisting of the material of articles with use of ie blocks, which rotate at adjustable speed, each of which is located upstream of the intermediate block, on which the turns of article are formed, and untwisting the material of the article as a result of subsequent and successive removal of turns from the block. Prior to wire drawing on the material of article the microrelief is applied with ratio 1.3- 2 of its height measured in the circular direction, to the height measured lengthwise, the removal of the section of turn of article is ensured for the radius, which value exceeds the radius of the block for 1.05- 1.10 times, and for the level, which position on the generatrix of the block exceeds the initial level of turn on the drum for 0.05- 0.20 from the radius of the block, and the frequency of rotation of drawplate is determined by expression: where n - frequency of drawplate rotation, r/s; - height of microrelief of the material of article measured lengthwise, m; - height of microrelief of the material of article measured in the circular direction, m; V - speed of wire drawing, m/s; R6 - radius of the block, m; h - level of removal on the generatrix of the drum of a section of the turn of article above the level of its initial arrangement on the block , m; I - radius, for which the section of the turn of article from the block is removed, m. Ensured is the decrease of the liquid limit of metal during deformation for 5- 7%, the decrease of the stress of wire drawing for 5- 8%, breakability - for 25- 300% (for continuous wire drawing) and increase of technological plasticity of metal for 4- 6%.
