<p>An inserting method and device for inserting control information, and a measuring method and device. The inserting method comprises the steps of: setting the location parameter and width parameter of the measuring window, inserting the measuring window, measuring contend and control information into the transport stream of the terrestrial digital broadcast in the single frequency network, using the location parameter to determine the starting point of performing the measurement, using the width parameter to determine the time zone of performing the measurement and using the measuring content and control information to control the measurement. The present invention monitors the synchronization quality and coverage quality correctly and flexibly by inserting the measuring control information into the transport stream, it ensures the stability and possibility to control the terrestrial digital broadcast system. Even in the case that some GPS receivers using by the transmitters are failure, the system can still work normally.</p> |
