A pair of locking plates (6) with internal flange regions protrudes to a rotation axis side of the table with a pre-determined height level. The locking plates are rigidly attached to the housing, such that the internal flange regions stay between the brake plates. A fluid pressure cylinder has a freely movable locking piston (5) between a locking position and a non-locking position.
