The proposed method of experimental therapy of gastric ulcer implies administering to the animal, through a catheter, biological substrate with biogenous properties. As the aforesaid substrate, preparation produced from lyophilizated pigskin. In the production of the preparation, the skin particles are reduced to powder and treated in solution of chlorhydric acid and pepsin. The resulting solution is diluted with isotonic solution of sodium chloride in the volume that is equal to the volume of the initial solution.
